ARCHITECTURAL ANODISING LINE FEATURING ALL THE MOST ADVANCED EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING 4 x 15.000A RECTIFIERS, A SINGLE CONVENTIONAL ELECTROCOLOURING TANK AND A SOPHISTICATED AUTOMATION SYSTEM INTERFACED WITH THE FACTORY’S MAIN EDP NETWORK
Since 1973 Cisart is the reliable partner of choice for the turn key supply of efficient and reliable conventional anodising plants newly engineered on customer specifications. When it comes to productivity, plant automation, sustainable water management and an efficient use of available energy resources there is no other option. All plants, either for architectural use or in automotive, aerospace and other similar industries, usually involve large numbers and demand an accurate thickness and colour consistency. Product sizes vary a lot, from very small to extremely long, such as the 14,2 metres long profiles treated at one of the installations recently made in the United Arab Emirates. In association with major equipment manufacturers and most specialty chemicals suppliers, Cisart’s staff of engineers accurately accommodates any of their technical demands aimed at assuring a no surprise soft plant commissioning and future trouble free operations.
Hard anodising is in demand in sensitive industries such as automotive and food, but not exclusively. Thick hard anodic coats made at extremely low temperatures develop huge amounts of heat which need a quick removal at the site of formation. Cisart’s hard anodising tanks and all associated equipment and accessories are accurately engineered and installed in order to assure constant use avoiding energy wastes under all circumstances.

Chemical brightening is a demanding process because of the highly corrosive and dangerous fumes developed when the polishing tank is in operation. Therefore at Cisart all equipment are very carefully engineered and manufactured with the highest grade material only and in full respect of the environment and of the workers attending the plant.
Unlike chemical brightening, electrochemical brightening is not as dangerous, but still quite corrosive and demands special care in the materials of choice and in its impact on people and the environment. Engineering the polishing tank requires a very good understanding not only of the electrochemical process in itself but also of the associated physics. This led to the development at Cisart of a unique 3D agitation of the working solution with an accurate control of all critical parameters

Coloured anodized aluminium is beautiful and most plants include at least one colouring system. When many different bright colours are needed dyeing would be the first answer. However, this normally involves many individual colouring tanks, each with at least one associated rinse. When several colours are involved this translates in a very long line. The solution is a single colouring tank, accompanied by one or two rinses and a set of adjoining storage vessels, one for each colour, from which a replacement colour may quickly be pumped in the emptied coloring tank when changing colours. Colours and rinses may be replaced automatically in as little as less than an hour thanks to high flow rate pumps and a well engineered hydraulic circuit.

Electrocolouring is the process of choice for outdoors application. The use of a variety of metallic salt solutions, such as Tin, Nickel, Copper, Cobalt, Selenium, just to mention a few, in combination with highly sophisticated electrical power suppliers provide almost the entire range of colours seen in the optical spectre. Electrocolouring systems engineered and manufactured at Cisart are notoriously known of being amongst the very few which constantly keep sensitive production parameters within tight margins, especially in the two steps Interference colouring process.

HORIZONTAL PAINTING LINE WITH QUICK COLOUR CHANGE AND FAST CLEANING BOOTHS FOR POWDER APPLICATION ON ALUMINIUM AND STEEL, FEATURING A VARIABLE SPEED BIRAIL POWER AND FREE CONVEYOR, AN INTEGRATED TUNNEL PRETREATMENT LINE AND AN ENERGY SAVING CURING OVEN
Cisart proudly supplies both liquid and powder spray coating plants for aluminium and steel, inclusive of the associated online or offline pretreatment section as requested. Sensitive items such as spraying guns, booths and conveyors are from major international suppliers, while all the rest is engineered and manufactured within Cisart’s facilities.
Unlike spray application, one of the main advantages of electrophoretic painting is to cover all exposed surfaces, even the most hidden ones, with a durable coat of paint. Main application is in the automotive industry. Finds also application in the application of a first coat of protective paint followed by a second coat of powder paint in the manufacturing of aluminium heating radiators.

Water is an essential and expensive resource which deserves a careful and accurate utilization. When needed, fresh water is first deionized, softened or simply decontaminated before use on the lines supplied by Cisart. Effluents resulting from the line are then treated, according to local regulations, and eventually recycled back after removal of all unwanted dried salts.
